*Deliveries to most parts of mainland UK are free of charge, however deliveries to certain remote areas may be subject to a surcharge such as certain parts of Scotland, Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, BFPO, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Isles or Highlands.

Those located in offshore or remote mainland areas are those most likely to require a Delivery date extension and/or extra charges, if you feel you may be located in such an area, please contact our customer service team first for specialised advice.

We are here to help and aim to deliver within the recommended delivery time for each product. However sometimes this will not always be possible and any delivery or dispatch date given is only approximate and as the seller will not be liable to the Buyer for failure to deliver on any particular date or dates. Time for delivery is not of the essence and shall not be made so by the service or any notice.

How will my goods be delivered?

Typical delivery is 1 – 3 working days – subject to next day options. Delivery will be between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a delivery time and the drivers do not carry phones. Delivery will typically be via TNT, Business Post or Night Freight. If you are going to be out it is possible for the item to be left (for example down the side of a house) but at your own risk. To do this you must leave a signed note detailing your instructions. It is important that you sign the instructions as this will be taken by the courier as proof of delivery.

We are unable to specify a delivery time during the day of delivery. Our couriers deliver between the hours of 7am – 7pm.



Special Same Day (TNT)          

Now we all know some times we need something urgently. We are trialing a new service which is subject to stock availability.

Please note this service is only available on:

        7.5ft iJump Trampolines (including combo with TreeHouse)

        12ft ijump Trampolines

        14ft iJump Trampolines

The cut of time for this service is 1pm (Mon – Fri).

We will be using TNT Special Services to supply this service to you and are therefore reliant on a 3^rd Party to provide this service and will be subject to availability. You will need to call Customer Services to get an exact costing – we do not make any money on this service we are just passing on the costs charged to us by TNT.
