When will your trampoline be delivered?


All Trampolines are despatched using reputable couriers on a 48 hour delivery service (working days).  When placing your order you will be able to leave delivery instructions for the courier company, such as leave with a neighbour or leave round the back.


Where do we deliver?

We deliver throughout the UK and most mainland deliveries are FREE. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands and specific postcodes in remote areas incur an additional cost.


Deliveries to Ireland:

Delivery to Ireland / Northern Ireland can take between 3 - 5 Working Day's (excluding weekends) and will incur a delivery surcharge of £49.95.


Deliveries to AB / IV Postcodes:

Delivery to AB / IV MAINLAND postcodes may take 3 working day's (excluding weekends) and will incur a delivery surcharge of £49.95.


The Highlands and Off Shore Isles:

Delivery to The Highlands any off shore Isles is available but will incur a delivery surcharge.

We will contact you if a surcharge is applicable and at that point you can choose to accept the charge or cancel the order and we will make a full refund to your card.

Those located in offshore or remote mainland areas are those most likely to require a Delivery date extension and/or extra charges, if you feel you may be located in such an area, please contact our customer service team first for specialised advice.

We are here to help and aim to deliver within the recommended delivery time for each product. However sometimes this will not always be possible and any delivery or dispatch date given is only approximate and as the seller will not be liable to the Buyer for failure to deliver on any particular date or dates. Time for delivery is not of the essence and shall not be made so by the service or any notice.

How will my goods be delivered?

Typical delivery is 1 – 2 working days – subject to next day options. Delivery will be between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately - we are unable to specify a delivery time and the drivers do not carry phones. Delivery will typically be via TNT, Business Post or Night Freight. If you are going to be out it is possible for the item to be left (for example down the side of a house) but at your own risk. To do this you must leave a signed note detailing your instructions. It is important that you sign the instructions as this will be taken by the courier as proof of delivery.

We are unable to specify a delivery time during the day of delivery. Our couriers deliver between the hours of 7am – 7pm.
